A Hot Stones Restorative session is deeply nurturing, the body is placed in highly therapeutic postures, supported with soft bolsters, blocks and cozy blankets designed to soothe the nervous system, while the mind is invited to slow down.
Enjoy this relaxing session as heated basalt stones are gently massaged then placed on the body during these deep soothing restorative poses. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax in blissful luxury. with the addition of Reiki a subtle yet profound energy work allowing the body to come back into balance
We end with an extended shavasana and the soothing tones of the crystal bowls and Gong
