Qigong energy medicine & sound bath workshop.

Join us for some soothing self-care during this relaxing Qigong workshop. We will practice breathwork, tapping and gentle flowing movements to celebrate all the different stages of womanhood. Then Ulanda will lead us in a relaxing sound bath, during which Margie & Amy will be sharing reiki energy healing. We will end this powerful workshop with a guided meditation and some journaling
