We very excited to be offering Beginners Meditation in the Sanctuary Space.
Are you looking to connect to your breath, feel more peaceful and relaxed? Yet every time you try and meditate your Mind kicks in and you feel it is only for other people?
This may be a space for you to try
Simply Breath, feel your breath go in and out.
We will share techniques and tools to help you connect to your breath so you can start your practice.

Notice the word Practice, Meditation does not always happen over night, it about you unwinding all the things that keeps your mind busy. Meditation can be 2 minuets of simply noticing your breath.
Come and join us on Feb 28th at 7pm for the first beginners meditation class and expertise the connection.
Meditation is that tool which gives us the experience to discover a place within that you can go to any time you choose.
