I’ve been teaching my passion, yoga, for over 9 years. I’ve had the privilege of running my own yoga studio, have taught a multitude of classes and workshops, and have run YTT’s and Yin Trainings. I thrive on building community and peaceful connection with my students and value the importance of keeping them safe, calm and empowered in their practice on the mat. 


Good Morning Yin

Experience a sense of tranquility and well-being while you stretch and unwind to the sound of soft music and gentle instruction. This class will help you relieve stress and tension, while holding postures for deep muscle release to improve your body’s pliability. This class is excellent for those who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing illness, injury, stress or chronic pain.  Beginners welcome.
